History

An ancient boundary wall is all that's left of a grand riverside house that was once surrounded by open parkland . Latterly a brass foundry the site has had a number of uses over the past 100 years.

Records show it was once a wireless component factory, bookbinders and even a sweet factory. Its last use before we bought the site was as an MOT garage where James Hunt used to sleep off his hangovers.

Purchased in 2012, working with Project Orange Architects we obtained planning permission from LB Richmond for this project in 2013. Charter Construction was appointed on a traditional fully billed Contract completed at the beginning of May 2016 . The site was nominated for several awards and was the winner of The Times best small development Award in 2016
