Stephendale Yard was redeveloped by Marston Properties in 2001 and the seven modern warehouse-style offices have retained touches of their heritage, with original features such as sandblasted walls and original cast-iron windows. This former joiners’ workshop and metal-workers was built in the 1920s by our forebears, WJ Marston & Son, who, as local building contractors, used the site as their head office. We have retained some of the character of the building including sandblasted walls and original cast iron windows in places.
With its close proximity to the shopping heaven that is Chelsea and Sloane Square as well as the array of well known restaurants and boutique shops, Fulham is popular with young professionals and families alike.
