Our Directors

Marston Properties is led by Managing Director, John Clark. John took on this role during the pandemic at the beginning of 2021.

John Clark, a Chartered Surveyor with 25 years experience including as a Director at Grosvenor. John started working for the Company in 2019 and was made managing director at the beginning of 2021

Caroline Marston , the only Marston family member holding an executive role is now Chairman and joined the Company over 30 years ago.

Anna Nicholls is our Residential Portfolio Director. Anna has been with the Company for over 22 years

Peter Bull, our Construction and Maintenance Director has been with us since 1987, having joined originally as a trainee carpenter.

Noreen Tapp is our Financial Director who has been with the company for more than fifteen years.

Jane Thompson a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience joined us from CBRE in 2015 and is our Commercial Portfolio Director.

Our Maintenance Team

Our maintenance team are on call to look after all of our residential and commercial properties.

Darren and Norman are our carpenters . Darren joined us in 2004 , following his father who had worked for us for 25 years and Norman joined us in 2021.

Our two plumbers attend to all leaks and blockages. Dave is a fully qualified senior plumbing engineer and has worked for us for nearly forty five years. Matt is our maintenance plumber and is learning to be a Gas Safe Plumber 

We have two painters, Prince and Tony. Prince has worked for us for over 20 years , making Tony the newbie having started in 2017.

Gerson is a general site assistant and has been with us for almost fifteen years
