In April, our new development of offices and apartments around a ribbon courtyard will launch.

Located in the heart of Barnes on bustling Barnes High Street (RB Richmond upon Thames), Foundry Mews will provide ten B1 commercial units and seven one- and two-bedroom apartments above.  Designed with large shop-like plate windows to the commercial spaces, all the premises have access to the Mews courtyard.  

Marston Properties has established an affiliation with ZipCar, to which all residential tenants will have automatic membership and those in the commercial units will have preferential rates.  Cycle racks are also being installed for use by all tenants.  In addition to super-fast broadband throughout, there is also a green roof and photovoltaic energy will provide all the communal lighting.  

Marstons will continue to own and manage the building so that new tenants can be assured of consistent client service and accessibility to our team.  In nearby Mortlake, Marston's other commercial developments, Tideway Yard and The Old Powerstation, are fully let with mainly creative and tech businesses.
