Property Development
We have been developing housing in London since 1938. We continually develop small numbers of flats and houses that are added to our portfolio.
For developments of less than £1.5 million in value we will build 'in house' and retain all the units.
We also look for developments sites in London either with or without planning permission up to a full funding level of around £10m. We build out the units sell most and retain a proportion for letting.
W J Marston & Son Ltd is a registered house builder with the NHBC and is CORGI registered .
Wandsworth SW18
The land was purchased with planning permission for 14 units. We then went back to planning and increased the number to 18 in order to satisfy the affordable housing requirement which was sold to Thames Valley Housing Association. We retained 5 units on the site.



Putney SW15
This site consisted of three adjacent plots for which we obtained planning permission for 47 apartments in 2004. The Company retained 7 units. The building contract was £10.7m.

Various small scale developments are carried out either to create new letting units or for sale
