shower is not working properly - not much water comes out of head

1. The most usual cause of this is that the shower heads need descaling - you will be charged our standard call out of we this is found to be the cause. Some shower heads have a single screw holding them together whuch will need to be loosened in order to clean it

2. the second most common cause for a shower not working properly is that the hose is split or damaged - this requires replacement and will be done once reported. However can we ask that you are accurate in your reporting of the probable cause - if you report that the hose needs replacing then plumber can brink one with him on the first visit rather than making a return trip
