The Plough Brewery was purchased by Marston Properties in 1968 and converted to offices shortly afterwards. The building was refurbished and updated during 2002 to provide accommodation on five floors.

The Plough has a strong presence on Wandsworth Road and has considerable character being a grade II listed building. The refurbishment reflects the industrial nature of the original building so all wiring is in galvanised surface mounted conduits.
